We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Content Manager who strongly focuses on driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with various channel tactics, a deep understanding of organic growth strategies, and expertise in product-led growth (PLG) for SaaS products. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation efforts for small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the B2C services market.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels, including content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more. Channel Management: Oversee and optimize various marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on organic growth. Leverage data-driven insights to refine and enhance channel performance. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze demand generation campaigns. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and adjust strategies based on performance data. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Use insights to inform demand generation strategies and product development. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Use analytics to drive continuous improvement in demand-generation efforts.
Job Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand generation focusing on growth. Proven track record of success in SaaS, particularly with PLG models. Expertise: Strong expertise in organic growth channels, including content marketing, SEO, and social media. Market Knowledge: Experience marketing to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the B2C services market. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex ideas clearly. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
