Job Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's content and communication strategy to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and conversion. Manage a dynamic content team and external agency and freelance resources to produce high-quality and impactful content across various platforms. Drive content production and management, long-form blogs, whitepapers, guides, reports, videos, and a podcast. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our content and communication efforts. Create a content strategy framework to build an "owned audience" community featuring serialized content and CLEs. Manage public relations and external communications to promote the Steno brand. Measure and analyze the performance of content campaigns and communication efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
You have 7+ years of content creation experience within the legal industry. You have strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and collaborating across departments. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. You have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media, and email marketing. You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. You have demonstrated success in building brand awareness and driving engagement through strategic content initiatives.
